_ Eddy, Werribee
The Werribee Shire area covered a vast area in 1915-1920 and there are names on the honor board from Werribee, Tarneit, Truganina, Little River, Mount Cottrell, Metropolitan Farm, West Footscray, Melton, Williamstown, Laverton, Newport, Bacchus Marsh and Spotswood.

National Archives of Australia lists 61 soldiers with the surname Eddy who enlisted in Australia.  27 of those were from Victoria.

The AIF Project lists 53 and 29 are from Victoria. Only two in both lists came from Werribee. They were father and son:

A third Eddy, with no initials from Werribee first appeared in the Roll of Honor, Werribee Shire Banner, 13 February 1919, p.3.
