Description
The City of Wyndham Heritage Study identified places that may be of cultural significance throughout the City of Wyndham including those on Crown Land or owned by the city.
The study brief required that the study consider places that may be of cultural significance throughout the City of Wyndham, including those on Crown Land or owned by the city.
Assessment of Aboriginal heritage places was not included in the study.
Funds for the study came from two sources. A grant was provided by the Commonwealth Government under the National Estate Grants Program. They City of Wyndham contributed the balance of the funding.
The study was managed by a Steering Committee comprising:
